Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries from arenaflex members, delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Identify member needs and provide appropriate solutions, ranging from basic product information to complex order, delivery, and return scenarios.
  • Document and track member interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex’s merchandising, logistics, and technical teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously, navigating arenaflex.com, order management tools, and knowledge bases while maintaining a courteous tone on the phone or chat.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve product, order, and delivery concerns.
  • Process refunds, credits, and adjustments in accordance with arenaxflex policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing arenaflex’s brand values at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, including a 14‑day online Business Service Specialist certification program.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts, to meet the needs of a nationwide member base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior customer service or support experience in a call‑center or e‑commerce environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to think analytically, make decisions quickly, and take ownership of issues until resolution.
