Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from arenaflex cardholders, delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
  • Maintain and update customer information in arenaflex’s secure, computerized system, ensuring data integrity across multiple windows and applications.
  • Resolve inquiries ranging from balance checks and payment processing to dispute resolution and account updates.
  • Authorize sales transactions, apply promotional offers, and guide customers through product features while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to share best practices and improve overall service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, or equivalent experience gained through military service.
  • Ability to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (details provided during the hiring process).
  • Residency within a 2½‑hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to accommodate occasional on‑site training.
  • Proficiency with computers, including multitasking across multiple windows, typing while speaking, and navigating Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
