As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, ensuring their experience—from enrollment to post‑camp follow‑up—is seamless, supportive, and memorable. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service across email, phone, and live chat, resolving inquiries and issues quickly and courteously.
  • Build lasting relationships with families by anticipating needs, offering personalized guidance, and fostering trust.
  • Conduct proactive outreach—follow‑up calls, reminder emails, and check‑ins—to keep families engaged and informed throughout the camp season.
  • Maintain meticulous records of every interaction in our CRM, tracking feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with program coordinators, marketing, and operations teams to align on customer expectations and drive continuous process enhancements.
  • Support special projects such as research initiatives, system‑development tasks, and the creation of new resources that elevate the overall customer happiness strategy.
  • Advocate for families by gathering and communicating feedback to product and leadership teams, ensuring that the voice of the customer shapes future camp experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in customer service, client support, or a related field—preferably in education, hospitality, or a fast‑paced consumer‑facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and compassionately via written and verbal channels.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work 30‑40 hours per week, including mandatory weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience supporting families in an educational or camp setting, understanding the unique concerns of parents with children of varying ages.
  • Familiarity with the STEM education landscape, including awareness of emerging trends in robotics, coding, and maker‑culture.
  • Previous exposure to remote, seasonal teams and the ability to quickly integrate into a distributed work culture.
  • Multilingual abilities—especially Spanish or Mandarin—are a plus, given arenaflex’s diverse camper demographics.
  • Certification or training in conflict resolution, de‑escalation, or customer experience design.
