Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & System Management

  • Enter claim details, policy information, and supporting documentation into arenaflex’s claims management system with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Validate data for completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized electronic records, ensuring easy retrieval for auditors and senior staff.

Claims Coordination & Follow‑Up

  • Proactively identify missing or incomplete claim elements and communicate with claimants, agents, and internal teams to obtain necessary information.
  • Track the status of each claim, updating stakeholders on progress and anticipated timelines.
  • Escalate complex or time‑sensitive issues to senior coordinators while providing clear, concise summaries of the situation.

Invoice Review & Financial Accuracy

  • Examine invoices related to claim settlements, verifying that amounts, dates, and service codes align with policy terms.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Generate periodic reports that summarize invoice activity, highlighting trends or anomalies for management review.

Reporting & Analytics Support

Essential Qualifications
