As the first line of defense against disruptive behavior, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive, rule‑compliant environment for thousands of members worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Delete messages that contain profanity, hate speech, spam, or any content that violates the server rules.
• Issue temporary mutes for users who breach guidelines, providing clear explanations and guidance for corrective action.
• Enforce permanent bans for repeat offenders, documenting each case in the moderation log for future reference.
• Investigate user‑submitted reports, assess the validity of claims, and take appropriate remedial measures.
• Collaborate with the Community Management team to refine moderation policies and suggest improvements based on emerging trends.
