Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Marketing Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between arenaflex and its key accounts, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, marketing, and operational teams. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate and execute weekly and monthly marketing and sales plans that align with the broader business objectives set by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with a portfolio of preferred customers, acting as the trusted point of contact for all inquiries, issues, and opportunities.
  • Campaign Development: Propose realistic marketing and communications strategies, set clear objectives, and define measurable targets for each initiative.
  • Implementation & Execution: Roll out marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Promotional Activities: Manage new product launches, promotional offers, and sales events, collaborating with internal teams to maximize impact.
  • Event Representation: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and corporate events; represent arenaflex with professionalism, and gather market intelligence.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, finance, and operations departments to resolve client issues, streamline processes, and drive joint success.

Essential Qualifications
