As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Advocate) at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for 50‑70 members each day, helping them navigate the intricate world of health insurance, primary care providers (PCPs), medication plans, and appointment scheduling. You’ll work from the comfort of your home, delivering top‑tier service across flexible 8‑hour shifts that fall between 8 am and 8 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance to members regarding their health‑insurance benefits, coverage options, and claim status.
  • Guide members through the process of selecting and connecting with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Assist members in understanding prescription drug benefits, formulary tiers, and pharmacy network options.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical appointments, ensuring members receive the care they need when they need it.
  • Navigate multiple web‑based platforms simultaneously, entering data, retrieving information, and documenting interactions with precision.
