Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual setting. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff, parents, and related service providers. - Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet individual goals. - Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities as required. - Utilize a variety of digital tools and platforms to engage students in a remote learning environment. - Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with stakeholders. ###
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (required). - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or a related field. - Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting. - Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and technology. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team. ###
