Virtual Medical Scribe - Training Provided- (WFH)

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Medical Scribes. This is an excellent opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field. As a medical scribe, you will assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role. Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and transcribe patient interactions during live virtual consultations.
  • Accurately document medical histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Review and edit medical records for completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus).
  • Strong listening and typing skills (minimum typing speed of 45 WPM).
  • Excellent command of English, including grammar and medical terminology (training provided).
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
