Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- State licensure as a mental health counselor or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with telehealth services is preferred.
