Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client.
  • Work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning.
  • Use tools such as MS Project, Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Engage in regular interactions with clients and customers.
  • Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards through communication.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Department of Defense or Federal Program and Project Management
  • Experience identifying trends and targeted areas of improvement
  • Knowledge of Scheduling Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Contract Management
  • Knowledge of Financial Management and PPBE
  • Knowledge of Department of Navy Projects, Shipbuilding Projects, and Warfare Centers
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and written communication skills
