About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full remote basis, working weekends only. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch support. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of character, intelligence, communication ability, and personal motivation. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed, providing timely and effective support
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, providing courteous and efficient responses in a timely and friendly manner
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Self-motivation with strong communication skills, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Reliable and consistent work performance, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system, as well as computer skills including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with a passion for customer service and a desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Ability to maintain the reputation of blithequark and any assigned clients, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, with a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications and Education The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and education:

  • Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong customer service skills, with 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity
  • High School diploma or GED required, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a reliable computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
  • This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work non-traditional hours
