We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Phone Order Taker / Customer Service Specialist to become the voice of arenaflex.   • Guide customers through the catering menu, asking probing questions to uncover their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate menu information, suggest complementary items, and upsell where appropriate.
  • Enter orders into the system with precision, confirming details such as date, time, quantity, and special instructions.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics with drivers, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
  • Handle in‑person orders at the counter, maintaining the same level of professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including order preparation checklists, inventory updates, and sanitation checks.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of food safety regulations; optional Board of Health training is offered.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns quickly, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to guarantee seamless service during peak periods.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a restaurant setting, customer service, or telephone sales.
