Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to become Remote Chat Support Agents for arenaflex.   • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer concerns—including order status, payment queries, returns, and technical glitches—while adhering to company policies.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex cases that require higher‑level support, document them thoroughly, and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate team.
  • Follow‑Up Communication: Proactively follow up on unresolved tickets, confirming that solutions have been effective and that the customer is satisfied.

Essential Qualifications
