Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience & Travel Concierge Agent at arenaflex, you will be the trusted point of contact for clients seeking guidance and support in planning their travel arrangements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Delivering Exceptional Client Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service across all client interactions, ensuring each person feels heard, valued, and well-supported throughout the planning process.
• Maintaining Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Carefully review all client information, bookings, and documentation to ensure accuracy. Confirm that all details are current, correct, and aligned with the client's stated preferences and needs.

Assist with arranging a wide range of travel services, including flights, cruises, theme park visits, hotel and resort accommodations, rental cars, and curated vacation packages.
