We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and technically fluent AI Sales Specialist to join our growing remote UK team. This is not a traditional sales role. As an AI Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will operate as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape — from on-premises GPU-accelerated workloads to hybrid and cloud-native AI deployments. You will collaborate closely with our world-class account teams, technology partners, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to deliver solutions that genuinely move the needle for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a driving force behind arenaflex's growth in the AI and HPC space. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Identification and Engagement: Proactively identify, research, and engage with prospective enterprise customers across the UK who can benefit from arenaflex's comprehensive AI solutions stack. Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, partner referrals, and industry networking.
  • Trusted Advisory Role: Position yourself as a credible, knowledgeable advisor in the AI space. Listen carefully to customer challenges, understand their business objectives, and recommend tailored AI and data infrastructure solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Co-sell collaboratively with arenaflex's Account Teams, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through to technical validation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Build, nurture, and expand long-term business partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leadership, technology partners, and ISVs. Cultivate relationships that generate sustained revenue growth and mutual success.
  • Value Proposition Communication: Articulate the value proposition of the arenaflex AI stack clearly and persuasively — both verbally and through polished, high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. Tailor messaging to resonate with both technical audiences (data scientists, IT architects) and non-technical decision-makers (CFOs, line-of-business leaders).
  • Enablement and Knowledge Sharing: Enable and scale the adoption of AI solutions internally by facilitating knowledge transfer sessions, creating best-practice playbooks, and supporting the upskilling of cross-functional teams. Act as a subject matter expert within arenaflex.
  • Market Intelligence and Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends, innovations, and advancements in AI technologies, GPU computing, model training and inference, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and both on-premises and cloud AI deployment models. Share insights with customers and internal stakeholders to reinforce arenaflex's position as a thought leader.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed as an AI Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will need a strong foundation in enterprise sales combined with genuine technical credibility. The following qualifications are considered essential:

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated, proven experience managing the full enterprise sales lifecycle, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas — ideally within the HPC, AI, data infrastructure, or adjacent technology sectors.
  • Partnership Building Skills: A history of successfully building and growing business partnerships that have driven measurable revenue growth and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Communication and Presentation Mastery: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant manner to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Knowledge of AI Solutions: Solid technical understanding of AI stacks, including compute, storage, networking, and software components. You do not need to be a data scientist, but you must be able to credibly discuss AI architectures, model lifecycles, and deployment strategies.
  • Deployment Familiarity: Working knowledge of both on-premises and cloud-based AI deployments, including the relative benefits, challenges, cost considerations, and use cases for each approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Nice-to-Haves

While not strictly required, the following attributes will significantly strengthen your application:

  • Existing sales history and established relationships with NVIDIA and leading AI ISVs.
  • Prior experience selling GPU-accelerated computing platforms, MLOps tooling, or AI-ready data platforms.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures, data lakes, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
  • A network of contacts within UK enterprise accounts in finance, healthcare, government, or technology sectors.
  • Relevant industry certifications or continuous learning credentials in AI, cloud, or data management.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The hourly rate for this position ranges from £35 to £45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with a full-time schedule of 8 working hours per day.
