Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer and expertly handle a high volume of incoming calls from existing policyholders and prospective clients, delivering accurate information and courteous assistance.
  • Policy Change Processing: Review, verify, and execute policy change requests—including endorsements, cancellations, and renewals—while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Evidence of Insurance (EOI) Requests: Prepare, submit, and track EOI documentation promptly to meet client deadlines and contractual obligations.
  • Customer Follow‑Up: Conduct proactive follow‑up calls and emails to confirm satisfaction, resolve outstanding issues, and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Product Knowledge & Cross‑Selling: Stay current on all arenaflex insurance products, and recommend complementary policies that meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately input client information into our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to coordinate seamless service delivery and resolve complex inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License, or Personal Lines License. arenaflex will supply study materials for candidates who need to obtain a license.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insurance concepts in clear, friendly language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating web‑based applications and internal CRM platforms.
