What You'll Do as a Remote Chat Support Specialist

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our live chat platform.   • Resolving a wide range of issues including account questions, order status updates, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting guidance, product information requests, and general support topics.
