Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy, numbers, and seamless administrative operations? Do you thrive in a remote work environment where your organizational skills directly contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing organization? arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry Operator – Inventory Reporting & Accounting Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

At arenaflex, we believe that the foundation of every successful business lies in the quality of its data, the precision of its reporting, and the dedication of its people. Our company operates at the intersection of operational excellence and innovative thinking, supporting back-office functions, financial reporting, and sales operations for a diverse portfolio of clients and internal initiatives. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to grow professionally, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to our day-to-day operations.

This is more than just a data entry role — it is an opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture. If you have a background (or strong interest) in accounting, exceptional organizational skills, and a team-first attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial and operational workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Generate Daily and Monthly Inventory Reports: Prepare accurate and timely inventory reports using internal systems and Excel tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all reporting cycles.
  • Support Back Office and Sales Teams: Respond promptly and professionally to inventory and production-related inquiries, providing reliable data and insights that help drive informed business decisions.
  • Assist the CFO with Reporting Requests: Compile, format, and deliver ad hoc financial and operational reports as requested by the Chief Financial Officer, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support the Controller During Month-End Closures: Play an active role in month-end closing activities by gathering, reviewing, and consolidating data, helping to ensure deadlines are met and financial records are accurate.
  • Perform Data Review and Consolidation Activities: Conduct various data validation, review, and consolidation tasks to ensure information is correct, up-to-date, and ready for downstream use by leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Organized Records and Documentation: Ensure all reports, files, and documentation are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible to authorized team members.
  • Identify and Recommend Process Improvements: Proactively identify inefficiencies in data handling or reporting processes and suggest improvements that enhance productivity and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, new tools, and evolving business needs in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Numerical Aptitude: Comfortable working with numbers, arithmetic, and basic mathematical concepts on a daily basis.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective at identifying issues, analyzing data, and proposing practical solutions.
