Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise data entry, testing, and verification tasks while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Track, analyze, and report on quality evaluations, identifying error patterns and recommending corrective actions.
  • Execute targeted testing and monitoring of designated banking processes and transactional activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews across multiple Consumer Banking areas, focusing on accuracy, data integrity, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Follow up on findings to confirm that appropriate remedial actions have been taken and that desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Analyze data trends, document insights, and create executive‑level reports that drive strategic improvements.
  • Document findings, prepare detailed reporting, and communicate results effectively with Consumer Banking leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal partners—including compliance, operations, and technology teams—to execute quality control initiatives.
  • Propose innovative testing methodologies and reporting frameworks, then lead the execution of those plans.
  • Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations, arenaflex’s compliance program, and all related policies and procedures.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the regulatory landscape to ensure ongoing compliance and best‑practice implementation.
  • Serve as an informal subject‑matter resource, assisting first‑line teams with quality, compliance, and regulatory queries related to operational execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2‑3 years of data entry, quality assurance, or compliance‑focused roles within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer banking regulations (e.g., GLBA, FDIC, OCC guidelines) and the ability to apply them in day‑to‑day activities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), data‑entry platforms, and basic database querying (SQL preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
