arenaflex is currently expanding our remote Customer Experience team and is hiring motivated, service-driven individuals to join us from a select group of U.S. states. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity that offers both full-time and part-time schedules, giving you the flexibility to build a career that fits your life.

Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and face of our brand across multiple customer touchpoints. You will handle inbound phone calls, written correspondence, emails, and social media interactions, ensuring that every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied. From resolving standard inquiries to navigating more complex, sensitive issues, you will play a key role in upholding the reputation of arenaflex and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service.

You will work closely with store leadership, regional teams, and home office personnel to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Respond to all forms of customer communication — including phone calls, letters, emails, and social media messages — in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Strive to deliver first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle difficult and sensitive customer issues with empathy, objectivity, and efficiency. Use strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to de-escalate situations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate regularly with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office personnel to resolve escalated issues, share insights, and ensure alignment on customer service goals.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, store information, and case details into the company’s call tracking system. Maintain thorough records to support continuity of service and reporting.
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote a positive company image in every customer interaction, supporting arenaflex’s customer service objectives and mission statement.
  • Written Communication: Compose personalized replies to customer letters and emails that reflect the brand’s voice and values. Maintain assigned reports and summaries as required.
  • Loyalty Program Support: Update customer addresses in the Loyalty Program database, adjust reward points as needed, and assist with general account inquiries.
  • Social Media Engagement: Monitor arenaflex’s Facebook and Twitter channels, respond to customer comments and questions, and encourage higher levels of engagement through thoughtful, on-brand interaction.
  • Sound Judgment: Make thoughtful decisions that align with arenaflex’s brand standards, escalation protocols, and customer service policies, particularly when handling social media issues.
  • Multitasking in a Dynamic Environment: Manage a high volume of inbound content while balancing multiple priorities, tools, and platforms efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of conflict management and resolution.
  • Conflict Resolution Mindset: A flexible, solution-oriented approach to handling difficult situations and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Active Listening: Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs beyond their words.
  • Prioritization Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your tone and message to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid PC knowledge, including comfort with multiple software applications, browsers, and communication tools. Fast and accurate typing skills are essential.
  • Internet Requirements: Candidates must have reliable internet access at their home through a cable internet provider. Satellite internet service is not supported for this role.
  • Residency: Candidates must live in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas.

Compensation & Schedule Flexibility

arenaflex offers a competitive starting pay range of $11.60 to $20.00 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are currently available, giving you the flexibility to choose a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and career goals.
