Role Overview

As a Member Service Professional (MSP) within the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, you will act as a brand ambassador, concierge, travel advisor, and lifestyle specialist—all rolled into one. Your mission is to translate arenaflex’s brand promise into tangible, personalized service that exceeds expectations and deepens the relationship between our Card Members and the arenaflex brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Impressions: Warmly greet Card Members at reception, verify eligibility, and provide swift access to lounge amenities.
  • End‑to‑End Ownership: Take full responsibility for each guest’s journey, ensuring a flawless experience from arrival to departure.

Essential Qualifications
