Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Perform root cause analysis and statistical modeling to identify business trends, operational bottlenecks, and growth opportunities. Partner with department leaders and Data Engineers to understand business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and present actionable findings. Streamline manual data gathering tasks and improve existing data workflows. Strong experience with database migrations, data schema mapping.
