We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a growing business seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Client Services & Project Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client communication, project coordination, and operational excellence. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting project delivery, stakeholder management, and internal team coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CLIENT SERVICES & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Manage client inquiries, requests, and escalations in a timely manner Coordinate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications Ensure client expectations, deliverables, and timelines are clearly communicated and managed PROJECT COORDINATION & DELIVERY Support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports Monitor project risks, dependencies, and action items Assist with resource planning and workload coordination across teams OPERATIONS & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes Track project performance metrics and prepare management reports Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with executive and team coordination when required REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION Prepare client reports, project updates, and operational summaries Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and administrative functions where required Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or a related role Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in a remote environment Exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall Experience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms Experience supporting client-facing projects or service delivery teams Budget tracking, procurement, or financial administration experience Experience within professional services, consulting, marketing agencies, technology, or financial services environments WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with clients and stakeholders Someone who is highly organized and able to keep multiple moving pieces on track A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes A professional communicator who can confidently engage with clients and leadership teams Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Strong and lasting client relationships Projects delivered on time and within scope Clear communication between clients and internal teams Improved operational efficiency and process effectiveness High levels of client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement Accurate reporting and proactive issue resolution \n \n$1,200 - $1,800 a month U.S.-based clinical laboratory | Full-Time (40 hours per week) | Remote \n Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus $500 entry monthly raffle NO TRACKER.
