We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office. As a Human Resources Generalist at SentiLink, you’ll be responsible for supporting our growing team and ensuring a seamless employee experience by managing key HR operations within India and supporting HR operations in the US. Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct pre-employment background checks for new hires. Prepare and send employment offer letters to selected candidates. Manage and distribute welcome kits to new joiners, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. Run a seamless onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring they have access to the information they need from day one. Run recruiting for India hires by opening jobs, conducting intakes with hiring managers, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and running the recruiting process full cycle to offer acceptance. Schedule onboarding sessions and mandatory training programs. Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Maintain compliance and oversee administration of employee benefits. Execute employment verifications and respond to external HR-related requests. Keep holiday calendars up to date and communicate any changes. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records in the HRIS system. Process employee changes in the HRIS, including lateral moves, compensation adjustments, and other updates. Regularly review and audit employee data for accuracy. Respond to employee queries and external HR requests in a timely and professional manner. Support managers and employees with accurate and efficient processing of HR-related actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field). 4+ years of overall HR experience at a US company and 2+ years of experience in recruiting. Willingness and ability to overlap a few hours with the US timezone. Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll administration, and benefits compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
