Senior Payment Operation Specialist

Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms. Perfect for those who aim to: Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market; Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods; Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams; Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries. Experience you’ll need to bring: 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist or similar role in online payments; Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information; Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user; Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows; Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners; Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
