[Remote] VIP Account Manager

As a VIP Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for VIP players, developing loyalty programs and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance player engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players across Intercom, Discord, and email, handling inquiries and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and manage loyalty programs, promotions, and rewards designed around individual player preferences
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to create exclusive offers and experiences for VIP players
- Analyze player behavior and performance data to identify trends and refine engagement strategies
- Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently to maintain player trust and satisfaction
Skills
- Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within iGaming or online gaming
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to high-quality customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Intercom, Discord, or CRM systems is an advantage
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
