[Remote] Sr. Account Manager, Club - Beverage

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nutrabolt is a fast-growing, global active health and wellness company known for its performance-oriented brands. The Sr. Account Manager, Club will manage the Club channel for Nutrabolt's beverage lineup, focusing on cultivating relationships with key buyers and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Costco (National and Regional) and Sam’s Club buyers and supply chain individuals
  • Drive volume, revenue and share across the Nutrabolt Beverage portfolio in the Club channel
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with both Costco and Sam’s. Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI
  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals
  • Work cross-functionally with Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team members, internal finance, commercial strategy, RGM, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for the channel
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming
  • Work with DSD team to ensure package availability to ensure 95% + in stock levels

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter buyers for the Club channel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry
  • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge
  • Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with WM
  • Thrive in a team-selling environment
  • Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines
  • Broker management experience
