- Guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options
Skills
- Great customer services skills and experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Title IV administration/VA certifying official preferred
