[Remote] Director of Brand Marketing

ForceBrands is partnering with a high-growth functional beverage and wellness lifestyle brand to find a Director of Brand Marketing for a 6-month contract. This role is crucial for driving brand growth and consumer engagement across the U.S. market through integrated marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, experiential, PR, and influencer channels
- Own U.S. brand activation strategy, ensuring campaigns drive awareness, engagement, and business growth
- Develop and execute large-scale celebrity, talent, and creator-led marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity and cultural relevance
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that amplify brand reach and connect with target consumers in authentic ways
- Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and external agency partners to bring campaigns to life from concept through execution
- Translate consumer, category, and competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies and innovation opportunities
- Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling initiatives that reinforce a consistent consumer experience
- Support product innovation and go-to-market planning by providing consumer and market perspectives
- Ensure all U.S. marketing activity reflects emerging cultural trends while remaining aligned with overall brand strategy
Skills
- 7+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within high-growth consumer brands
- Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns with notable celebrity, talent, athlete, or creator partnerships
- Experience building lifestyle, wellness, beverage, food, beauty, or culturally relevant consumer brands
- Strong understanding of modern brand building across paid, earned, owned, social, experiential, and retail channels
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, sales, PR, and agency partners
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and how to translate insights into impactful campaigns
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
