[Remote] Parttime Administrative Assistant

North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This fully remote role involves managing contracts, invoices, and providing general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter contracts and invoices into NetSuite
- Set up and manage vendors in Payment Works
- Track invoices and purchase orders connected to contracts
- Follow up with the legal team on contracts pending review
- Monitor and manage Scientific Session and Conference Center email inboxes
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a corporate or nonprofit environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and follow-through
- A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with NetSuite, Payment Works, or similar platforms strongly preferred
