Responsibilities

  • Design and solve real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to test AI reasoning
  • Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues covering claims assistance, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication
  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with financial and insurance standards

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support professional in the finance or insurance sector
  • Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
