This role involves evaluating and improving AI applications in customer service, focusing on enhancing customer experience and communication quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues covering claims assistance, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with financial and insurance standards
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support professional in the finance or insurance sector
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
- Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
