Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generating sales leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods
- Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers, often assisting in maintaining relationships
- Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and managing email campaigns
- Administrative Tasks: Updating sales records, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Meeting Participation: Attending and participating in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events
- Sales Processes: Observing and learning the sales processes, including how to close deals and negotiate
- Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations to senior management
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends
- Marketing activities: Drive social media campaigns, coordinate organizational announcements to external world, build and deliver newsletters to prospects
Skills
- Bubbly and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and critical thought process that can slice and dice tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ready to work on second shift – afternoons and evenings to align with overseas team
