They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to align business objectives with employees and management, providing support for HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with Human Resources Business Partners to help support operations including posting positions, providing support for recruiting and interviews, and providing full cycle recruitment support for nonexempt and exempt roles
  • Review and process terminations to ensure consistency and compliance with company policy
  • Provide administrative support for HR tasks such as reporting and personnel recordkeeping
  • Provide operational and management support
  • Conduct new hire orientations and associated integrated tasks to ensure a positive onboarding experience
  • Perform yearly background check for OFAC and every3-yeargeneral background check for employees
  • May collaborate with HR Business Partner on general employee relation concerns, performance management, team building, complaint/conflict resolution, career development and training facilitation
  • Support special projects that have region-wide or company-wide impact
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees

Skills

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
