Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 4Consulting, Inc is seeking qualified Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists to support technology consulting and project delivery services for client projects. The role involves sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for technology and government-focused positions using multiple recruiting channels and sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across IT and technology domains
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification activities to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver targeted candidate pools
  • Track sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and talent market insights within recruitment systems and reporting tools

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or recruitment support, with a focus on government IT or technology roles
  • Candidate Sourcing, Talent Pipeline Development, Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Resume Screening, Talent Mapping, Recruitment Analytics, Candidate Engagement, Market Research, CRM Tools, Workforce Planning
  • Technical Recruiting, Stakeholder Management, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Workforce Planning, Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Process Coordination
  • Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, ERP, and data analytics
  • Experience utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and talent intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management platforms
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
