The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on winning new business across D2C and B2B markets, collaborating with various teams to run sales cycles and help customers realize the value of Chargebee Retention.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas by landing and expanding strategic mid-market accounts
  • Own your pipeline by generating 3x–4x coverage through a mix of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting, leveraging use-case-driven marketing content and case studies
  • Lead high-value discovery and demo calls, multi-threading across mid-market organizations to help customers understand and realize Chargebee Retention’s value
  • Clearly articulate Chargebee Retention’s ROI-focused value proposition, while understanding the subscription billing landscape and competitive players
  • Bring a growth mindset, educating customers on best practices in billing, retention, and revenue recognition as they modernize and scale their businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, collaborating closely with solutions consultants, internal executives, customer success, and legal/finance teams to drive successful outcomes

Skills

  • Experience in sales, particularly in a B2B or D2C environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to generate leads through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of the subscription billing landscape and competitive players
  • Experience in leading discovery and demo calls with C-suite leaders
  • Ability to articulate ROI-focused value propositions
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including solutions consultants, customer success, and legal/finance
