[Remote] Contract Administrator – Healthcare Provider Contracting

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator for Healthcare Provider Contracting. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of provider contracts, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, format, and maintain provider contract documents and templates
  • Manage contracts through the full contract lifecycle from creation through implementation
  • Track contract status, approvals, amendments, and execution milestones
  • Coordinate contract review and approval workflows with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain contract repositories, document libraries, and version-controlled records
  • Support contract compliance and regulatory documentation activities
  • Utilize DocuSign and contract workflow tools to route and track contract approvals
  • Generate and review reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Monitor contract processing productivity and ensure established deadlines are met
  • Support implementation of negotiated provider agreements into contract management systems
  • Collaborate with Contract Managers, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Provider Contracting teams
  • Ensure contract records remain audit-ready and compliant with organizational requirements

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Contract Compliance, Contract Coordination, Contract Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Strong experience managing contract documentation and approval workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report exports, data review, and spreadsheet tracking
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle activities from initiation through execution
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Provider contracting or managed care experience
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with PRMS or similar contract management platforms
  • Experience supporting healthcare provider agreements and network contracting initiatives
  • Contract compliance and regulatory documentation experience
