[Remote] Sales Engineer

They are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer who will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs by conducting product demonstrations and supporting prospects throughout the evaluation process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations
- Translate complex AI and data features into clear value propositions
- Support prospects throughout the evaluation process
- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Configure and present tailored product solutions
- Respond to technical questions during sales calls and demos
- Provide pre-sales technical support
- Assist with proofs of concept
- Document customer feedback for product and engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing use
Skills
- Strong Sales Engineering and technical pre-sales skills, with the ability to understand AI/data products and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including managing a pipeline with sales teams and contributing to deal strategy and closing activities
- Customer Service and Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and guiding customers through technical evaluations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead presentations, demos, and client meetings in a remote environment
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
- Experience working with SaaS, data analytics, or financial technology products is highly beneficial
