[Remote] Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client to support the creation, coordination, and delivery of client facing marketing and communication materials. This role focuses on ensuring educational content related to health plan solutions is accurate, engaging, and delivered on time across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, organization, and delivery of marketing materials that educate clients and employees, including print and digital assets
- Coordinate production schedules, manage timelines, and oversee version control of materials using tools such as Canva
- Partner with designers, mail houses, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production and distribution
- Provide project coordination support to keep stakeholders informed and ensure access to the most current materials
- Review, proofread, and maintain marketing content libraries to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and up to date messaging
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience supporting content development or marketing initiatives in a fast paced or growing organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online production platforms
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with Vyond
