[Remote] Influencer Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gen3 Marketing is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead strategic partnerships with influencers and creators. This role involves identifying and recruiting top talent, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing campaign execution to drive brand awareness and measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to meet business goals
- Source, vet, and recruit influencers and thought leaders across platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation for campaigns
- Manage campaign execution, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences
- Track performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Collaborate across creative, sales, paid media, and eCommerce teams
- Stay current on trends and emerging voices in influencer marketing
Skills
- 3+ years in influencer marketing or partnership management; agency experience a plus
- Proficient in analytics tools and influencer platforms to measure ROI and optimize strategy
- Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to build relationships across industries
- Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results
- Skilled at managing multiple partnerships and troubleshooting challenges
- Experience with affiliate/creator commerce platforms (ShopMy, LTK) and content amplification strategies
