Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a specific Oracle workstream (HCM, ERP, or EPM), driving planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery within a fast-paced, highly visible Oracle migration initiative
- Partner with executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leaders, providing clear communication and program status updates
Skills
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and transformation programs
- Manage and deliver a specific Oracle workstream (HCM, ERP, or EPM), driving planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery within a fast-paced, highly visible Oracle migration initiative
- Partner with executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leaders, providing clear communication and program status updates
- Strong Oracle domain expertise
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs end-to-end
