[Remote] Corporate Recruiter

They are seeking a Sr Recruiter to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition team, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with stakeholders, and utilizing AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 active requisitions across high-volume and professional roles
- Identify, engage, and assess internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing techniques
- Deliver consistent pipeline development for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with business stakeholders across corporate functions to support hiring strategies and workforce needs
- Provide labor market data and recruiting insights to influence hiring decisions and pipeline strategies
- Align recruiting activities with business priorities and organizational strategy
- Execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and compliance requirements
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, including requisition load, time-to-fill, and candidate throughput
- Use AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, resume screening tools, chat-based engagement tools, scheduling tools) to support candidate identification and outreach
- Apply generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot,) to develop job descriptions, sourcing campaigns, and recruiting strategy
- Leverage AI-driven analytics and insights to improve candidate matching, pipeline quality, and recruiting efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years or more years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Capability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Business acumen and understanding of labor market trends
- 5 or more years of experience recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical services environments
- 3 or more years of experience using Workday Recruiting modules
- 5 or more years of experience supporting corporate function hiring (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal)
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter
