  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other virtual channels.
  • Assist with booking flights, changing reservations, and managing customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on Southwest’s policies, procedures, and promotions to offer accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a virtual setting, is a plus.
