Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join the arenaflex family. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance, information, and solutions. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will help ensure that every passenger’s journey is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on flight schedules, fare rules, baggage policies, and ancillary services.
  • Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special service requests such as wheelchair assistance or pet travel.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints, escalations, and service disruptions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, revenue management, and loyalty programs—to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes, policies, and self‑service tools.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous training and self‑directed learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • High‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
