Role Overview – Customer Experience Concierge (Remote/Virtual)

As a Customer Experience Concierge for arenaflex, you will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering proactive, high‑touch support to our most valued cardmembers. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cardmembers entering the arenaflex Centurion Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check‑in experience.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey, from initial greeting through resolution of inquiries, consistently applying the Customer‑First philosophy.
  • Identify and anticipate cardmember needs, offering tailored travel, lifestyle, and concierge solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Provide real‑time travel assistance, including flight rebooking, reservation support, and coordination with airline partners.
  • Collaborate with food and beverage vendors, hospitality partners, and internal service teams to fulfill member requests promptly and accurately.
  • Develop creative, on‑the‑spot solutions to resolve issues, turning potential challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Graduate‑level education (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or premium service industry; experience in airline reservation systems is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver proactive, solution‑oriented customer service in a high‑stakes environment.
