Key Responsibilities

  • Data Security & Accuracy: Verify that all incoming customer data is complete, correct, and stored in compliance with arenaflex’s security protocols.
  • Job Processing: Follow detailed instructions in the job editor to create production jobs, adhering strictly to arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Packet Assembly: Compile all necessary files, paperwork, and client‑specific instructions into cohesive packets ready for print, insert, and mailing.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct final checks to confirm that each packet contains the correct files, client identifiers, and supporting documentation, eliminating the need for rework.
  • Collaboration with Machine Operators: Provide clear, organized packets to machine operators so they can execute printing, insertion, and mailing tasks on schedule.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet daily production deadlines by efficiently processing jobs and ensuring all components are ready for the next stage of the workflow.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Log processed jobs, note any discrepancies, and communicate issues promptly to supervisors for rapid resolution.

Primary Results Accountable For

  • Zero rework on processed jobs, ensuring a smooth handoff to downstream teams.
  • Accurate alignment of files with the correct client, guaranteeing that all paperwork is included in each packet.
  • On‑time delivery of print‑ready packets, supporting machine operators in meeting daily production targets.
  • Precise entry of all required information, maintaining the integrity of customer data throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications – Essential

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude to handle numeric data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and internal coordination.
  • Reasoning and problem‑solving abilities to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency with computer applications; comfortable navigating internal software platforms and learning new tools quickly.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for up to eight hours a day, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
