Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, general travel inquiries, and a variety of other service needs. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, with a primary focus on evening and weekend shifts to accommodate the round-the-clock nature of the airline industry.   • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by recommending additional services such as travel insurance, preferred seating, baggage upgrades, and loyalty program enrollment.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow all company procedures, security protocols, and compliance requirements to ensure the integrity of customer data and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications
