Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring Remote Live Chat Support Specialists to join our dynamic customer experience team on an immediate-start basis. In this role, you will engage with customers through real-time chat interfaces, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions that leave a lasting positive impression. This is not a cold-calling or outbound sales role; you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (or rather, the calm and concise typist) that customers turn to when they need help.

Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Customer Assistance

  • Respond promptly to incoming live chat inquiries from customers across multiple supported brands and platforms.

  • Provide accurate, well-researched answers to questions related to products, services, account management, billing, and technical troubleshooting.

Multi-Session Management and Efficiency

  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, typically ranging from two to four sessions depending on complexity.

  • Navigate internal knowledge bases, help articles, and macro libraries quickly to pull up the right answers without sacrificing quality.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality assurance scores.

Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
