As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our healthcare information pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter critical data into our proprietary systems using a steady flow of digital images and documents. Beyond basic data entry, you will serve as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring every piece of information meets the rigorous standards required in healthcare data management.

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input data into arenaflex systems from a continuous stream of images, maintaining a high level of precision and consistency throughout your shift.
  • Document Classification: Identify and categorize various document types according to the documentation guidelines provided, helping to ensure that records are organized and easily retrievable.
  • Quality Assurance Review: Carefully review and verify all entered data against established quality standards, catching and correcting discrepancies before they impact downstream processes.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex internal security protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate professionally with fellow team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to daily workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
  • Task Completion: Successfully complete assigned daily productivity targets and take on additional administrative or operational duties as needed.

Compensation, Hours, and Scheduling

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $12 per hour, paid on a biweekly schedule.
  • Employment Options: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for candidates seeking full-time commitment.
  • Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 20 hours per week is required for all team members.
  • Shift Availability: Shifts are offered between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, allowing you to choose a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle.
