Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven senior leader to serve as Global Head of Adversarial Abuse & Analytics. This remote, full‑time role will spearhead the detection, analysis, and mitigation of malicious activities—including account takeovers, spam, harassment, and coordinated inauthentic behavior—across arenaflex’s platform. Reporting to the Vice President of Trust & Safety, you will lead a high‑performing, 24×7 global team of analysts, engineers, and product partners, driving strategic initiatives that protect our users while enabling a thriving creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global strategy for adversarial abuse detection and response, aligning with arenaflex’s broader Trust & Safety objectives.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and scale a diverse team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers across multiple time zones, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of abuse cases—from early detection of emerging patterns to rapid remediation and post‑mortem analysis.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
